What a year it has been for all of us! In preparation of the new year, I decided to revamp my website and make it neater and more streamlined. I am grateful for the experience I have gotten working with wordpress for work, and it’s made me a lot more comfortable in the medium. Hopefully I will be able to update this site more regularly.
It’s been a busy winter break for me so far. My biggest project is studying for my comprehensive exams coming up in January, but in addition to updating my website, I have also been preparing for the 2021 edition of Diwa Film Festival (it was cancelled earlier this year due to COVID-19), applying for dual citizenship (hopefully I will be able to do my fieldwork in the Philippines this summer), and preparing for a number of presentations I will be making next semester. Certainly a full plate, but it also means a lot to look forward to. I am confident that 2021 will be able to make things up for 2020.
